Assistant Manager - Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for supporting the residential sales team in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies. Generate and identify new leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to create new business opportunities. Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide valuable insights to clients.

Present properties to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and potential value.

Oversee the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately and timely. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Follow up with client s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and sales achievements. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies and achieve team goals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor s or master s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. You will have 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. A track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property types, and sales processes. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
