Overview :

As a Senior Fullstack (Chatbot) Developer, you will lead the development of complex microservices-based chatbot applications using a leading NodeJS API framework. You will be responsible for full lifecycle development, from architecture design to deployment and maintenance.

Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of our chatbot solutions.

Responsibilities :

Development & Architecture :

- Design and implement robust and scalable microservices architectures for chatbot applications.

- Lead the development of complex back-end APIs and front-end user interfaces.

- Architect and implement Gen AI-driven chatbot functionalities.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

- Design and manage database schemas and optimize complex queries.

- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Technical Leadership :

- Conduct in-depth code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

- Drive architectural improvements and technology evaluations.

- Lead technical discussions and contribute to strategic planning.

Innovation & Optimization :

- Research and implement emerging technologies and trends in chatbot development and AI.

- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

- Optimize development workflows and improve team productivity.

- Contribute significantly to open-source projects.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

- Represent the development team in technical meetings and presentations.

Skills & Abilities :

Technical Expertise :

- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and related frameworks.

- Extensive experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular.js).

- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Expertise in database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Strong experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Advanced knowledge of Typescript and Loopback.

- Strong experience with Gen AI driven chatbot development.

- Cloud platform experience(AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Containerization experience(Docker, Kubernetes)

- Telecom domain experience is highly desirable.
