Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development :

- Design and develop both backend (using Python) and frontend (using JavaScript/TypeScript) solutions to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications.

- Write clean, readable, and reusable code that adheres to best practices and standards for high-quality software development.

- Develop and maintain modular architectures that facilitate scalability and ease of maintenance.

Collaboration and Code Reviews:

- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, and operations) to deliver high-value features and solutions.

Web Application Development :

- Develop web applications using Node.js, React, and Nest.js, ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms.

- Implement complex features and ensure the application is responsive and optimized for performance.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to write test cases and ensure software quality.

Participate in test planning and quality assurance efforts to maintain high standards of code reliability.

Innovative Problem Solving:

Leverage LLMs (Large Language Models) and tools like ChatGPT for prompt engineering to enhance development workflows and explore innovative solutions.

Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance development efficiency and team productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of ES6 and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

- Extensive experience with Node.js, React, and Nest.js for developing both frontend and backend applications.

- Strong experience with Docker for efficient containerized development and deployment.

- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering using tools like ChatGPT.

Software Development Practices :

- Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and maintaining high-quality software standards.

- Proven track record of developing scalable, modular, and efficient web applications.

- Experience in agile development methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
