The Office Manager role is responsible for handling office administration duties, including greeting guests, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail when necessary.
In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Work with the Corporate Workplace Ops team to follow a company budget and create consistencies among the offices
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
  • High level of demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
We would love to hear from you if:
  • You have proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • You have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • You have excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • You have familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • You have excellent knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • You have Masters / Bachelor s degree or relevant field is preferred
  • You have 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
This role is available in Bengaluru and will be hired into Amelia Global Services, a subsidiary of SoundHound AI. Our recruiting team will provide a total compensation range based on location and years of experience.
