Telesales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through phone calls to generate leads and book travel packages.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel packages.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about destinations, travel options, and pricing.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.

Qualification Required: Minimum HSC passed

Experience Required: 6 months to 3 years

Office Hours: 10 am to 7 pm

Office Location - Lower Parel (E), Mumbai (Walk-in distance from Lower Parel Railway Station)
