Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to sell travel packages.
  
• Process bookings for domestic and international tour packages, holiday packages, outbound tours, and hotel reservations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in travel sales or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, airlines, hotels, visa requirements etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  

Proficiency in processing bookings using computer systems (GDS) like Amadeus/Sabre preferred.
