Sales/Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales/Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance customer relationships in Turkey. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development Identify and pursue new opportunities, leverage digital marketing & industry events.
Customer Relationship Management Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide product information.
Exhibition & Event Participation Represent the company at trade shows, respond to inquiries, and expand brand presence.
Frequent Travel Domestic & international travel to meet clients and attend business events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years in sales & business development, preferably in packaging.
Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian proficiency is an added advantage.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, excellent communication & organizational skills.
