Role: Power BI Developer

Rel Exp - 6 10 Years Relevant in Power BI

Work location - Hyderabad / Bangalore (Hybrid Model)
Qualification - B.Tech/BE, M.Tech/ME, M.Sc (Computer/IT), MBA, MCA, B.Sc (Computers)

Mode of Hiring - Permanent

Notice Period - 15 Days Joiners ONLY

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business needs.
• Provide expert guidance on data modeling, DAX calculations, and best practices for building scalable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and define data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of Power BI solutions through robust data governance practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment and promoting technical growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Power BI best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing complex Power BI solutions.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable data models tailored to business requirements.
• Experience with orchestrating and automating data pipelines for streamlined processes.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX calculations and data modeling to deliver high-performance reports.
• Strong command of SQL and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Proven expertise in performance tuning and optimizing Power BI reports and SQL queries for maximum efficiency.
• Good to have :
• KQL / ADX knowledge
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to derive deeper insights from data.
