Creative Head

Job Summary:
The Content Head will lead the content strategy, creation, and distribution across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision, goals, and audience needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of content creators, editors, designers, and other stakeholders, while delivering high-quality content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brands objectives, target audience, and market trends.
Analyze content performance and audience engagement to continuously refine content plans and strategies.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, writers, editors, designers, and other creatives.
Set clear goals, expectations, and KPIs for the content team and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and creative environment to inspire innovation in content creation.
Content Creation and Optimization:
Oversee the creation of content across various formats including blogs, social media, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts, product descriptions, and more.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for SEO and engagement.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content for both organic reach and paid campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that content supports broader company goals, campaigns, and product launches.
Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to expand content reach and quality.
Editorial Oversight:
Ensure high editorial standards for all content produced, including grammar, style, and accuracy.
Approve final drafts and publications across channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Content Performance & Analytics:
Track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Report on content effectiveness and present insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Content Governance & Compliance:
Establish guidelines for content creation and approval processes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Maintain consistency across all content outputs, ensuring brand messaging and voice are upheld.
