Job Summary:

- We are looking for a candidate with a knack for creativity and multitasking abilities.

- The candidate should have an experience of leading a team of designers .

- He/she should have the skills to visualise and create compelling designs as per the requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the team of designers & video editors, to produce high-quality, innovative work.

- Develop and execute creative concepts across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and video.

- Ensure deliverables meet the quality standards and deadlines.

- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop cohesive and compelling campaigns.

- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines.

- Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our creative strategies are cutting-edge.

- Manage the creative budget and allocate resources effectively.

Key skills required:

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums.

- Should be a graduate Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Corel Draw and other design tools.

- Experience with UI/UX design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
