Creative Head (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for a visionary Creative Lead to spearhead our brand communication efforts. In this role, you will mentor and inspire a team of passionate designers and copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. With a strong strategic mindset and a deep understanding of storytelling, you will guide the team in crafting compelling campaigns that elevate our brand presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Communication:

- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the brand's vision, ensuring consistency across all platforms

- Establish a distinctive and cohesive brand language through innovative communication

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of all corporate and marketing communications

Campaign & Content Development:

- Drive the ideation, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns

- Guide the creation of engaging content, including visuals, videos, social media, and other marketing materials

- Explore and implement new communication channels to enhance brand reach and engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with teams across product development, sales, and digital marketing to ensure a unified brand message

- Establish strong partnerships with external vendors, including photographers, illustrators, printers, freelancers, and web professionals

Creative Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

- Evaluate team performance, creative output, and project processes to ensure high-quality execution

Budget & Resource Management:

- Manage the creative budget effectively, optimizing resources to maximize impact and return on investment

Market Insights & Performance Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform creative decisions

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience: 8 to 10 years in creative brand communication, marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record in leading campaigns and teams

- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in mass communication, Visual Communication, Journalism, Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field

- Brand & Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of brand development, storytelling, and multichannel marketing (digital, web, online, offline)

- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives, visual communication, and innovative brand strategies

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to write for varied media and articulate ideas persuasively

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing etc)

- Trend & Data Awareness: Strong analytical skills, a keen eye for design, and awareness of current marketing and creative trends
