Job Description
1. Product benchmarking trials with respect to competition.
2. Ability to handle product technical issues.
3. New product launch readiness.
4. Having detailed knowledge of competition models features, USP's, and benefits.
5. Validate new product development at plant to be as per design specifications.
6. Drive Product establishment project individually.
7. Providing Technical content for making of sales talk, leaflets, launch, training and video testimonials.
8. Coordination with field and plant team for Benchmarking Trials & Customer Feedback.
9. Preparation and updation of Speed Chart and Product Specification of ITL and competition Models.
10. Training the sales, service and dealer team technically and providing adequate knowledge.
Key Requirements
1. Flexibility to travel to various states of India as needed for the role.
2. A comprehensive understanding of the entire PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) product portfolio.
3. Knowledge of the Indian Agriculture and Commercial Market would be ideal.
4. Strong knowledge and passion for Agriculture equipment and precision technology.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Major Challenges
1. Collecting Product Feedback from Customers, Dealers, Sales & Service Team as needed for the role for further generating of Sales Talk and Product improvements.
2. Coordinating with Design Team, Plant Team and Field Team
