Role & responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing calls. Proficient in operating the EPABX board.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle appointment scheduling and manage meeting room availability.
Responsible for various front office duties, admin files, and updating subscriptions.
Interact and greet visitors and inform the staff members accordingly.
Maintain stationery records.
Maintain the attendance book and oversee the biometric check-in process.
Maintain courier records.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate
Good Written and Spoken English Communication Skills
Good Knowledge of MS-Offce ,
Internet is must
