Area Sales Manager - Mangalore

Role & responsibilities

• To achieve allotted Primary and Secondary sales and responsible for payment clearance.
• Drive sales through retailers and sub dealers.
• Identification and appointment of new dealers.
• Provide Post sales support to the dealers.
• To procure and ensure timely processing of Sales orders from dealers in time .
• To undertake visits to dealers as per the PJP and as per company norms; to motivate dealers regarding the various inventive schemes offered by the Company and motivate them to achieve higher sales.
• To ensure that in-shop merchandising at the dealer's premises is done efficiently in terms of showrooms, displays, demonstrations, contests, etc.
• Identified and maximized sales opportunities, and Increased customer retention rates.
• Helped to increase customer retention by striving to create wonderful customer experiences
• Established sales goals by forecasting annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
• Researched competition and developed strategies to stand out as a company against competitors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Building material industry is mandatory.
• Education Graduation is Mandatory.
• Experience : minimum with 4 -10 years experience working with strong brands in the Building Material products.
• Should have worked in similar position for leading brands
• Well versed with geography of his territory.
• Strong Verbal communication in English and local language.
• Having strong and personal relations with leading architects / interior designors / builders in his/her region.
• Background : Natural Marble, Artificial Marble , Tiles , Sanitary ware, Veneer, Laminates , Architectural products, Bath fittings Accessories etc.,
