Develop and manage the key client relationship with business leaders, hiring Managers, and other HR teams;
Lead the design and execution of APAC-wide recruitment marketing initiatives, Employer Branding campaigns, and Campus Programs, system and process deployment, etc. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned openings across various business groups/functions, and provide talent acquisition solutions to fulfill business needs in a highly efficient and effective manner;
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for key areas in anticipation of hiring needs
Execute highly effective interviews and selection leveraging various selection tools and improve the quality of hires through a strong and thorough interview process.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools, and reporting, and ensure recruiting process compliance
Critically evaluating recruiting data and metrics to derive insights and make informed decisions in recruitment strategy and plan to drive operation model and process efficiency, innovation, and quality.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited university
5 years plus of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in multinational healthcare/medical devices companies; good understanding of the medical device talent market in the region
Strong sourcing capabilities and experience in both agency and corporate environments preferred
Experienced in project management, and has a strong passion for employer branding, recruiting marketing, and young talents programs;
Proficiency in using Workday ATS, CRM tool, or other recruiting tools much preferred
Demonstrate characteristics such as creativity, ownership, and motivation
Build strong collaborative relationships across different stakeholders.
