Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess their technical and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, and clients.
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage and organize recruitment efforts efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and Semi-conductor terminologies, and job roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
• Proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with US tax terms, work authorizations, and visa classifications (H1B, EAD, GC, OPT, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
