Job Description

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services sector.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT service solutions to meet their business objectives.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, particularly within the US market.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies based on market analysis.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
Lead Generation:
Engage in proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling and email campaigns.
Leverage your own network to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in IT service sales or a related field, with mandatory experience in the US market.
Requirements :
Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the IT services industry, including trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Market Experience: Proven experience and success in the US market, including familiarity with regional business practices and client expectations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategy.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
