Requirements:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with insurance companies and internal stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office tools. Any exposure to medical billing software is a plus but not mandatory.
Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare billing, insurance processes, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and insurance filing limits is a plus but not required for freshers.
