Sukoon Unlimited - Performance Marketer (3-8 yrs)

We're looking for an experienced, data-driven Performance Marketer to join our in-office team. This role is vital for driving Sukoon Unlimited's growth by crafting and executing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-oriented, and has a deep understanding of senior-focused marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Design, implement, and monitor performance marketing strategies that align with Sukoon Unlimited's mission and goals.

- Campaign Management: Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels to drive traffic and increase engagement.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future strategies.

- SEO Optimization: Collaborate on SEO initiatives to improve Sukoon's online visibility, ensuring top rankings for relevant searches.

- A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B tests to enhance ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

- Audience Targeting: Refine and build senior-focused audience segments based on interests, behaviors, and demographics.

- Budget Management: Oversee budget allocations and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.

- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to align marketing messages and drive targeted traffic to the Sukoon platform.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing, with a track record of scaling digital campaigns.

- Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and data analysis tools.

- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO and keyword strategies.

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Creativity: Proven experience in creating compelling ad copies and visual strategies tailored to a senior audience.

- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with or marketing to senior communities.

- Familiarity with elder-focused platforms or community-driven content.
