Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including YouTube and LinkedIn
• Manage lead generation campaigns, with a specific focus on LinkedIn
• Execute targeted PR and social media initiatives
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance
• Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, and Sales Loft for enhanced marketing capabilities

YouTube Management

• Create and manage a content calendar for YouTube videos
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for YouTube search
• Engage with the audience through comments and community posts
• Analyze YouTube analytics to improve content strategy and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality video content

LinkedIn Management and Lead Generation Expertise

• Design and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies
• Utilize advanced LinkedIn search filters to identify and target potential leads
• Create personalized outreach campaigns, including InMail templates
• Develop content that attracts and converts potential business prospects
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn company page and showcase pages
• Implement job posting search strategies to identify potential leads

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, including YouTube and LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation techniques
• Proficiency in social media marketing tools
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
