Job Title: BPO Sales Manager
Location: [Bangalore]

Position Overview:

The BPO Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) domain. This role will oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring the companys growth in BPO services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in BPO sales, leadership experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the BPO space, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored BPO solutions.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide guidance on sales techniques and ensure ongoing training.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify new opportunities in the market.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, monitor team performance, and report progress to senior management. Provide forecasts, pipeline analysis, and strategic insights.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth transition of clients and alignment of service delivery with sales expectations.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing: Handle contract negotiations, pricing, and closing deals to secure profitable partnerships and long-term contracts.
  • Customer Retention: Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by liaising with account management teams to maintain strong customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of BPO services, including customer service, technical support, and outsourcing solutions
  • Proven track record of sales success, including meeting or exceeding targets and managing large-scale accounts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
