Job Description

Be the central point of collection of all documentation needs related to ETO template of UNIFY: E2E documentation from customer documents to documents throughout execution of projects, customer, delivery etc.

Collect business needs related to creation, standardization, management, transmission, archiving of documentation.

Be business contact and referent for all discussions related to SAP-generated documentation (outputs) defining business need, formats, specific requirements

Manage requirements of ETO related to documentation together with Digital Counterparts and SAP, ensure requirements are taken into account and executed

Follow the gaps in design with stakeholders to validate future state

Test delivered results ensuring all documentation needs for ETO are taken into account in template.

Ensuring that documentation managed in BoBs is also managed in alignment with business rules and needs defined

Closely work with data and processes BPOs to ensure full coherence of documentation flow through E2E processes

Support FE ETO BPO on scope , mostly in domain of order execution related to Sales Order management and management of reliable delivery dates
