Job Title: Business Development Manager (BPO- Service Sales)
Location: Hajipur
Experience: 5-10 years
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution (Any Specialization). PG Diploma in Any Specialization preferred but not mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and building relationships with clients.
• Identify potential customer needs and present tailored solutions using BPO services such as voice processes, non-voice processes, domestic and international BPO, KPO, sales, and marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Development Management or a related field in the BPO industry.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals, particularly for IT Services & Consulting companies.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations and the ability to identify client-specific solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
