SWO seeks a Quality Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) who excels in evaluating processes that influence customer happiness. Crafting and implementing measures to prevent quality errors using Kaizen/ Poka-yoke, Lean/ Six sigma methodologies.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Expertise in identifying the root causes of quality issues and developing effective solutions
• Lead the interpretation of in-process Quality controls and analytical data to make quality evaluations, recommend actions for improvements
• Lead Quality and compliance assessment and implement standard processes.
• Lead and Coordinate Internal and External Audit Activities
• Design, develop, and implement robust quality management policies and systems that align with industry standard processes.
• Apply basic data-analysis tools like SPC and Pareto Charts when reviewing data to drive process and/or continuous improvement
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Work with customers to solve quality-related issues and put vital corrective actions in place.
• Be adaptable to the customer feedback/ critical issues and accordingly fix the controls to avert repetition
• Develop and Implement Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA)
