IT Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive to join us. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience in the field of any type of IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
5. Review call with management or internal team on a regular basis to understand the challenges and plan of action as per requirement.

Candidate Profile:

1. Must have Bachelors degree.
2. Minimum experience of 1 year in sales, preferably in the software sales.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Proficiency in Odia, Hindi & English
