Business Development Engineer - International Market

Location: Swargate, Pune

Qualification: Degree/ diploma in any discipline of Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent. Post-Graduation/ MBA in marketing preferred.

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years, Fluent in English Mandatory. The experience should be in BIM & AEC Marketing & Business Development

Synopsis: The role of Business Development Engineer demands a professional with thorough experience of sales & marketing for BIM Service .

Activities:

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

• Lead Generation:
• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, research, and networking to drive revenue growth.
• Selling BIM design services in the AEC sector (Architecture / Civil / MEP)
• Telecalling & Email Marketing:
• Making outbound cold calls and sending email(s) to find qualified leads in the USA, Canada, US & Middle East market.
• Market Research:
• Pro-actively approaching new and existing customers for their upcoming projects.
• Assisting in preparing Marketing Collaterals like PowerPoint presentations, catalogues, videos, posters, etc.
• Monitoring market conditions and identifying areas for growth and expansion of BIM services.

• Follow-up:
• Follow up on project-based inquiries, engage in intelligent conversations with these inquiries, and get the concerned point of contact interested in setting up appointments
• Data Management:
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business leads.
• Update prospect database with call activities and generate alternate contacts.
• Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads.
• Ability to communicate with Owner / President / Managing Director or C-level executives.

• Aggressive and target driven sales mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication – Fluent in English is Must.
