Job Title : SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM Consultant

Location : Bhubaneswar, Indore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune and Mangalore.

Exp : 6 - 10Yrs.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP Solution Manager Implementation & Optimization :

1. Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Solution Manager across the SAP landscape.

2. Ensure alignment of SAP Solution Manager with business and IT objectives by defining business requirements, creating solutions, and implementing best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM).

3. Oversee system monitoring, diagnostics, and incident management using SAP Solution Manager for efficient operation and proactive issue resolution.

4. Configure and maintain key components such as SAP ChaRM (Change Request Management), SAP Solution Documentation, SAP Test Management, and SAP IT Service Management.

- SAP Cloud ALM Management & Best Practices :

1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of SAP Cloud ALM for managing the lifecycle of cloud-based SAP solutions.

2. Enable organizations to manage end-to-end cloud solutions using SAP Cloud ALM for project management, application monitoring, incident management, change management, and continuous delivery.

3. Work with business teams and technical teams to align SAP Cloud ALM practices with overall cloud adoption strategies, ensuring that all aspects of the ALM processes are fully integrated with cloud-native applications.

- Lifecycle Management & Governance :

1. Oversee the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process for SAP applications, ensuring smooth management of configurations, changes, upgrades, and system health.

2. Ensure governance and compliance throughout the SAP project lifecycle, including continuous improvement and optimization practices.

3. Assist in the management of the SAP system landscape, ensuring all systems are monitored and maintained efficiently for optimal performance.

- Integration and Cross-Platform Collaboration :

1. Ensure seamless integration of SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM with third-party systems, business processes, and other SAP applications.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, infrastructure, operations, business analysts) to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and provide technical expertise.

3. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, offering clear insights into performance metrics, issue resolutions, and risk management.

- Incident & Problem Management :

1. Coordinate incident management and issue resolution processes, ensuring quick identification of system problems and providing solutions to prevent downtime.

2. Implement and maintain automated monitoring tools and processes to proactively detect and resolve issues before they impact users or business operations.

3. Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP's capabilities for problem detection, diagnostics, and root cause analysis.

- Reporting and Documentation :

1. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM configurations, best practices, processes, and workflows.

2. Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders on system health, performance, and ongoing initiatives to enhance SAP environments.

3. Conduct reviews and audits of SAP systems to ensure optimal configuration, compliance with industry standards, and process improvements.

- Training & Mentorship :

1. Provide training and mentorship to internal teams, end-users, and junior consultants on best practices for SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and related tools.

2. Help foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team and organization.

3. Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure the efficient use of SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM features.

- Continuous Improvement & Innovation :

1. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, tools, and innovations, particularly in the areas of SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, cloud applications, and application lifecycle management.

2. Evaluate emerging SAP solutions and suggest improvements to optimize processes, reduce costs, and drive better performance across SAP systems.

3. Participate in SAP user communities and forums to exchange ideas, stay informed on best practices, and implement innovations in SAP ALM strategies.
