SAP PLM Consultant (7-10 yrs)

Job Title : SAP PLM Consultant.

Exp req 7-10 Yrs.

Work Model Hybrid (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai /Kolkata).

Interview Mode : Virtual Interview.

Responsibilities :

Implementing and configuring SAP PLM modules, including but not limited to :

- Product Structure Management (PSM) Classification Engineering Change Management (ECM) Document Management Designing and customizing PLM workflows to streamline product lifecycle processes.

- Configuring and maintaining master data, including product hierarchies, classifications, and attributes. Integrating SAP PLM with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP SCM, and SAP QM.

- Mapping and synchronizing data between PLM and other modules to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

- Developing and maintaining integration interfaces using standard SAP tools or custom solutions.

- Analyzing existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Designing and implementing new PLM processes to improve product lifecycle management.

- Working closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Providing ongoing support for PLM systems, including troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents.

- Performing system upgrades and applying patches to keep the PLM system up-to-date.

- Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying and resolving potential problems.

- Participating in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.

- Managing project risks and issues.

Required Skills :

Strong understanding of SAP PLM core concepts and functionalities.

- Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP PLM modules.

- Knowledge of PLM integration with other SAP modules.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with SAP PLM integration with non-SAP systems.

- Knowledge of SAP ABAP or other programming languages.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager.

- Certification in SAP PLM.
