Roles :
- Knowledge of AD and O365 AAD directory
- Knowledge of Teams client features
- Troubleshoot Teams client issue
- Enable/disable user for teams
- Add users and groups, Manage user properties, Monitor service health
- Microsoft Teams admin center Knowledge
- Knowledge of meetings, including meeting policies for Teams
- Knowledge of call Media flow and call behavior
- Knowledge of CQD in Teams
- Knowledge of PSTN call for direct routing
- Knowledge of Apps, IM, and Teams policies
- Knowledge of Teams architectures and depend on services (Sharepoint, OneDrive)
- Teams client logs knowledge
- Knowledge of Teams hybrid setup
- Knowledge of Federation and Guest access
- Knowledge of Teams Power shell
Responsibilities :
- Four years or more of IT support experience is preferred
- Solid experience in support management roles is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory is preferred
- Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role
- An excellent reputation for support to end-users and leading teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
- Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments
- Must be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with others
