Position : Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 CRM - Field Service
Location : Hyderabad
Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically in the Field Service module. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for our clients, with a focus on optimizing field service operations.
Responsibilities :
Requirement Analysis :
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current business processes and pain points.
Solution Design :
- Design and propose effective solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically focusing on the Field Service module.
- Create functional specifications and documentation for the proposed solutions.
Configuration and Customization :
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the client's requirements.
- Implement and manage field service processes, including work order management, scheduling, resource management, and customer communication.
Integration :
- Work with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business systems (ERP, HR, etc.).
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration to support end-to-end business processes.
Testing :
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
- Work closely with testing teams and end-users to validate functionality.
Training and Support :
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
- Address and resolve issues reported by end-users, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation :
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and solutions implemented.
- Create user guides and training materials.
Best Practices and Innovation :
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly the Field Service module.
- Strong understanding of field service operations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus
