This role is critical for expanding our footprint in the healthcare and education sectors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and achieving regional sales targets.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve regional sales targets for the Sodexo Health & Care Business unit.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare and education sectors within the region.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive networking, lead generation, and industry events.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales
  goals
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor contract performance, addressing any issues or challenges promptly.
