Month-end closings can be quite time-intensive, especially during hard closing periods, which can be stressful. I joined because of the brand & I was told it will be hybrid & 2 days WFH, but it turned out to be totally different later on .It was totally misleading & kept on changing.

Dislikes

1.No concrete policy & keeps on changing according to dept heads. 2. They don’t value the employees only care about business 3. No work ethics's only promoting buttering& personal biasness. Sr. Managements attitude is pretty bad.
