Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts through effective grievance handling processes.
  
• Oversee HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and employee retention.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve industrial relations, labor welfare, and performance management systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to human resources.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (HR specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of HRM principles, practices, and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
