Compensation And Benefits Specialist

Sodexo is looking for Manager - C & B

• Provide support in the implementation of the C&B processes (salary review, bonus calculation)

• Prepares data for compensation and benefits analysis

• Review and propose changes to C&B Policies and Procedures

• Conduct market research and trend analysis on variable pay schemes, benefits programs
  thereby enhancing employees' benefits programs

• Clean reported data and checks the quality of data. Run the audit reports and inform C&B
  Head about the results of audit tests

• Support and manage activities related to the performance management cycle - communication, sensitization and monitoring of the process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business

• Prepare and present dashboards detailing the status of Performance Management & KPI Audit

• Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management process

• Contributes expertise to the development and delivery of performance management training manuals, policies and procedures

• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
