Sr. Technician - Engine Testing

Your Responsibilities

Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standard and Safety practices during operation

Engine complete or partial Proto build

Engine Service on vehicle, Dyno testing and critical setting

Engine part measurement & teardown observation

Field visit for engine failure part replacement

Part storage, inventory, packaging & dispatch

What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)

Engine / Vehicle Assembly & testing

Knowledge of engine assembly tools and equipment's

Knowledge of part measurement instruments

Knowledge of engine / vehicle operation, function of sub-system

Reading & interpretation of parts drawing & specification

Good Communication

What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences)

2-5 years of engine proto build / part measurement

Knowledge of Engine testing on Dyno / Vehicle

Engine failure troubleshooting & root cause analysis

Knowledge of engine component, assembly process

Continuous improvement and cost reduction

Education Details

ITI in Diesel Mechanic / Motor Mechanic / Automobile

Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile desirable
