Assembly Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components according to specifications using manual assembly techniques.
  
• Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy, identifying defects or issues promptly.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve problems and improve overall production efficiency.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  
• Troubleshoot minor issues related to component placement or assembly process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or similar industry.
  
• Strong understanding of electronic components, including their functions and applications.
  
• Proficiency in assembling complex electronic devices from raw materials (components kitting).
  
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
