Bid Manager

Role Description:

To project manage Business Development activities at various stages of the sales process in India and SEA, this can include Global / Multiregional projects. The role has a main focus on internal coordination but involves as well client interactions as necessary

Key Responsibilities

• The be spoke nature of the Solutions we deliver to our clients requires a high level / high potential candidate, with a Management Consultant mind-set and strong operational curiosity.
• Has understanding of P&L and pricing sheets, is able to cross check numbers can articulate clearly and efficiently key messages with textual and visual restitution (e.g. infographics, executive summaries, commercial & technical proposals, posts,...)
• Shows analytical skills, is able to synthetize and restitution verbally and in written, expectations descriptions, demonstrations.
• Pipeline management: ensures accuracy of data in the CRM, produces analytics & deep dives on markets, competitors, clients, opportunities...
• Client projects: works with the Region BD Lead to support Sales Activities, such preparing client meeting
• collateral, gathering information and building case studies, using data analytics to support client messaging.
• Bidding process: manages the Solution Design from collaborating on designing the Bid Strategy to coordinating internally with all necessary stakeholders: Operations, Finance, Human Resources, HSE to produce all Collaterals Sent to Client.
• Social media and industry communication: executes social media campaigns targeted to the O&G industry and supports execution of Industry Communication campaigns & events in the region.
• Is described by others as a good team player, with a mind-set of collaboration, is solution oriented, with a spirit of progress and of targeting excellence
• Is comfortable in managing transversally various Subject Matter Experts, including stakeholders with more seniority, setting expectations and facilitating collaboration for the success of the projects he or she manages.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree/MBA Degree
• 8 + years of experience in either Pre Sales/Marketing/Client Solution/Consulting Sales/Bid
• Management/Sales/Business Development.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Good interpersonal skills.
