We are looking for a skilled Bid Manager with 10+ years of experience in IT services and federal government contracting. You will lead the entire bid process, ensuring timely, high-quality proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute bid strategies for federal government and IT services contracts.
Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and procurement documents to create comprehensive bid plans.
Lead proposal development, managing teams and coordinating inputs across departments.
Ensure proposals meet federal regulations, client needs, and company standards.
Implement best practices to improve proposal win rates and manage post-submission activities.
Qualifications:
10+ years in federal bid management within the IT services industry.
Expertise in federal contracting, IDIQ, GWAC, and GSA contracts.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement processes.
Proven success in managing and winning complex IT service contracts.
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
