Mechanical Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical maintenance activities for commercial properties, including chillers, cooling towers, AHU's, ventilation systems, fans, VRF units, VAV systems, pumps, water treatment plants (ETP & STP), borewells, HVAC equipment (chillers & air compressors), heat ventilation air conditioning systems.
  
• Oversee building maintenance tasks such as property management and facility services.
  
• Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements of mechanical equipment when necessary.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-16 years of experience in a similar role as a Mechanical Manager or equivalent position.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles applied to commercial buildings' infrastructure management.
