Experience & Qualification:

Key Skills/Abilities

1. Customer oriented

2. Problem resolving Technique tools

Experience :--02-to-6-year experience in HAVC / AHU industry or similar industry.

Qualification

Diploma / B. Tech-Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent degree

1. Communication with the customers/clients of the ongoing sites to support the zone teams for smooth service calls at site.

2. Generating Weekly and Monthly MIS, evaluate the work progress and reporting to the top management on monthly basis.

3. Online training to the teams and plan for training depending upon the field situation.

4. Define the SOP to make mandatory the training of contractors assembly team to follow the quality systems required during the assembly of units at site

5. Discussion & providing inputs to manufacturing for the site related problems. (Complaint Logging work)

6. Improve communication skills of assembly team and supervisors who are communicating with client/customers at site with help of proper training.

7. Work with customers and team to provide technical support, resolve issues, and monitor to get site assembly operations with best quality.

8. Manage, Monitoring develops, and lead HVAC service staff by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and reviewing the performance of all staff employees.

9. Define the KRAs of the employees to gauge their performance periodically.

10. Maintain a well-trained team that is up to date on new technology, use tools and materials properly and provide each customer with quality workmanship.


11. Smooth co-ordination with sales team to provide best services upon the calls received at their end.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics disciplines.

Work Experience:

  • 5-15 years of experience in handling Customer Support divisions in reputable companies. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the HVAC industry.

Job Description:

The company is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead our service department and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overall Management: Oversee the service department to improve efficiency and achieve customer delight.
  • AHU Assembly Execution: Ensure timely execution of Air Handling Unit (AHU) assemblies at sites per requirements and schedules.
  • Service Call Response: Quickly respond to service calls from clients/customers and ensure timely closure to exceed expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate among intra-office teams to provide optimal services based on received calls.
  • Customer Engagement: Visit key customers for general reviews and resolve critical complaints.
  • Quotation Management: Timely submission of spare parts and service quotations, along with necessary follow-ups to finalize orders.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analyses of field complaints and prepare respective reports for follow-up actions.
  • Contractor Selection: Select assembly contractors using effective methods and tools that add value to the company's brand.
  • Commercial Activities Management: Manage commercial activities such as processing bills and payment collections in a timely manner.
  • Training Initiatives: Train service personnel and assembly teams both in the plant and at job sites to meet quality product requirements.
  • Operational Reviews: Conduct regular review meetings to assess service operations and eliminate any observed gaps.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of tools and fast-moving items at the office and with service staff, updating/replenishing them periodically.
  • Performance Evaluation: Define Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members to gauge performance and facilitate improvement.
  • Customer Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback post-closure of complaints and site assemblies to enhance customer satisfaction.
