1. Customer oriented
2. Problem resolving Technique tools
Experience :--02-to-6-year experience in HAVC / AHU industry or similar industry.
Qualification
Diploma / B. Tech-Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent degree
1. Communication with the customers/clients of the ongoing sites to support the zone teams for smooth service calls at site.
2. Generating Weekly and Monthly MIS, evaluate the work progress and reporting to the top management on monthly basis.
3. Online training to the teams and plan for training depending upon the field situation.
4. Define the SOP to make mandatory the training of contractors assembly team to follow the quality systems required during the assembly of units at site
5. Discussion & providing inputs to manufacturing for the site related problems. (Complaint Logging work)
6. Improve communication skills of assembly team and supervisors who are communicating with client/customers at site with help of proper training.
7. Work with customers and team to provide technical support, resolve issues, and monitor to get site assembly operations with best quality.
8. Manage, Monitoring develops, and lead HVAC service staff by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and reviewing the performance of all staff employees.
9. Define the KRAs of the employees to gauge their performance periodically.
10. Maintain a well-trained team that is up to date on new technology, use tools and materials properly and provide each customer with quality workmanship.
11. Smooth co-ordination with sales team to provide best services upon the calls received at their end.
