Executive Engineer (Pharmaceutical Formulation)

**Job Description: Executive Engineer - Pharmaceutical Formulation Plant**

Salary Package will depend on Current CTC , Experience & Interview Performance.

**Position Overview:**

The Executive Engineer will oversee the maintenance and operation of critical systems within the pharmaceutical formulation plant, including HVAC systems, AHUs (Air Handling Units), water systems, boilers, cooling towers, chilling plants, diesel generators, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and associated documentation. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of all equipment and systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee maintenance of critical systems: HVAC, AHUs, water systems, boilers, cooling towers, chilling plants, diesel generators, and ETP.

- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance.

- Manage documentation for regulatory compliance and SOPs.

- Ensure adherence to FDA, cGMP, and environmental standards.

- Lead team, provide training, and foster a culture of safety and improvement.

- Develop emergency response protocols and manage budgets for maintenance activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).

- 8+ years of experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical formulation industry.

- Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment and regulatory requirements.

- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
