Role Description:

Responsible to drive communication, branding activities and active consumer engagements throughout the year with varied Marketing initiatives viz. Food Festivals, Promotions, etc as a result of the structured Marketing Plan; and also capture pulse of the end user by constantly analyzing and decoding the consumer feedback and passing it on to respective stakeholders within Sodexo site organization for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a proactive Annual Marketing & Communications Plan to promote the sites Employee Dining Services and Catering/Hospitality Services to Client employees, partners and guests; defined with specific goals and measurements.
• To facilitate community building, the plan should include planning and execution of a series of promotions and events throughout the year such as holiday events, cooking demonstrations, food festivals, product promotions, special events, etc.
• Designing of Café Dining Menus, consumer engagement and promotional collaterals in physical and digital form and carry out printing activity of these menus, collaterals on appropriate materials as per the site standards in liaison with respective SMEs and external vendor partners.
• Drive the branding, communication and merchandising activity at the respective client sites aligned to client guidelines on branding and in liaison with SME functions within Sodexo.
• Analyze the success and consumer sentiment for each engagement/promotion/event activity with focus on improving consumer satisfaction scores.
• Develop an understanding of Consumer needs in order to identify the opportunities to create value for / improve the Quality of Life of individuals at Hyderabad and Bangalore site locations based on internal daily feedback mechanism, surveys, consumer interactions, monthly/quarterly client catch-ups.
• Capture site specific trends, evolution and feed into Operations and Marketing activities
• Take complete ownership of implementation of Marketing & Communications Plan, Consumer Feedback Mechanism/Tool, Surveys, Client Feedback

Qualification:

• MBA with specialization in Marketing

Competency & Experience:

• 4-5 years of Marketing & Communication experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skill in English
• Proven ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Have a creative mindset and be able to think of new concepts, ideas to drive consumer experience & satisfaction
• Experience of Analyzing Consumer Feedback, Surveys
• Ability to interface with the client and consumers
