Job Purpose

The position will be responsible for providing support to S&L head in executing the supply chain activities for the region to run smooth operations at the site.

Key Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities

Manage & support the S&L lead in managing day to day activities related supply chain for the region.

Lead the regional Food & Non-Food Contracting, quote collection, CS and APL making and documentation.

Work closely with the business team and timely execution of purchase orders by collecting quotes and preparing CS and follow up with vendor and site teams for timely execution delivery.

Uploading TA for all SES categories in close co-ordination with the category buyer.

Lead the regional vendor Creation activities, managing the vendor master activities, vendor mapping in ERP, supporting site team with supply chain queries and resolving them within timeframe.

Lead the rebate collection from vendors for SES categories, computing and analyzing the rebates applicable vs rebate achieved and timely submission.

Following up with the vendors on FSSAI compliance and COA submission in a periodic manner and maintain 100% compliance.

Preparing vendor SLAs and sign of SLA & MSAs for all regional vendors.

Lead & support all Mobilization activities related to supply chain as applicable.
