What Youll Do:

• Authorize all inward and outward material movement and their documentation.
• Take suitable and prompt action in case of any deviation or short coming after material Inward inspection.
• Ensure with Bio-Medical team for installation of capital equipment.
• Manage consignment stocks up to closure and reconciliation
• Ensure accounting/scrutinizing of purchase invoices and approves for payment through finance dept.
• Ensure addressing vendor grievances and reconciliates supply invoices.
• Ensures efficient inventory management and control to ensure adequate stocks are maintained and there is no obsolete stock, damage/deterioration/pilferage etc.
• Ensure disposal of scrap with proper documentation and procedures
• Ensures periodic physical verification and reports to finance.
• Maintain all documentation/records for statutory quality compliances and Audit
• Reduce quality issues, Ensures required material is available on time
  

What We Are Looking For:

• MBA
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
