The overall aim of the role is to make Devashray self-sustainable.
Key Responsibilities

• MIS
• Food and Chara to be given to animals
• Ambulance service on time
• Donations to be tracked and updated.
• Revenue to be tracked and updated
• Track IPD, OPD, Procedures and Surgery referrals
• Vaccination
• Sterilization
• Pharmacy sales tracking

• Patient walk-in handling and customer handling
• Complaint handling
• Communication with the team regarding all the roles and responsibilities
• Cleanliness to be maintained.
• Maintenance of equipment
• SOPs to be made and followed.
• Converting and retaining the walk-in patients
• Complaint redressal and grievance handling along with closure.
• Responsible for Devatri operations and logistics. This includes stock updates, dispatch updates, and store operations.
• Development of new clients
• Making presentations for RWAs and other bodies
• Display of products in the Devashray sales store and increase the sales of the products.

• Making strategies to make Devashray self-sustainable.

Major Job Qualifications / Specific SkillsRequired Education:

Graduate / Post–Graduate in ManagementPreferred Education:

Experience:
