Job Description:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role involves creating and curating engaging content, scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and building strong relationships with influencers to enhance our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying social media trends, optimizing strategies based on data insights, and fostering authentic influencer partnerships that align with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and brand voice.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content strategies.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers to drive brand partnerships.
• Coordinate with influencers to develop authentic, brand-aligned content.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Experience in influencer marketing and relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
