Job Summary:

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to grow and manage the online presence of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting engagement, developing content strategies, and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Plan and execute reels, stories, posts, and ad campaigns for different clients.
• Monitor trends, track engagement metrics, and optimize strategies for growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries to build a strong online community.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.
• Analyze performance data and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management.
✔ Strong knowledge of content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics tools.
✔ Hands-on experience with social media ads, Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.
✔ Ability to handle multiple brands and execute data-driven campaigns.
✔ Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
