Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented female Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical understanding of materials or products and demonstrate strong skills in costing and price analysis. This role involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement processes, from inquiry to delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications and requirements.
• Prepare cost sheets, analyze price trends, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
• Ensure procurement activities align with company budgets and cost-saving goals.
• Maintain proper documentation, including purchase orders, agreements, and records.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teams.
• Regularly assess supplier performance and develop strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor market trends for materials, products, and alternatives to optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
• Knowledge of costing, budgeting, and price analysis.
• Basic technical understanding of materials, components, or machinery (preferred).
