The Job:
Key Responsibilities:
Independent Sales Generation:
- Work independently to identify and pursue new sales opportunities without requiring constant supervision.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets.
End-to-End Sales Process:
- Proactively find and nurture leads through research, outreach, and strategic planning.
- Schedule initial discovery calls with potential clients and effectively transition them into closing opportunities.
Incentive-Driven Sales:
- Work towards achieving quotas and winning customers to unlock exciting incentive opportunities.
Client Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with prospective clients through exceptional communication and active listening.
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions that demonstrate our value proposition.
Reporting and Accountability:
- Adhere to strict reporting schedules, providing regular updates on leads, sales progress, and key performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
