Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with strong Customer Success skills to manage and enhance the social media presence of our flagship products, MyIndustry Hub and Youth Hub. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our user community, and drive customer satisfaction across Asia and the Pacific. The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Manage and monitor social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) for MyIndustry Hub and Youth Hub.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention.
- Analyze social media and email marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally on social media platforms, including our own.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Working closely with the business to create an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with business objectives.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Content Marketing or Digital Marketing within Internet and IT industry.
- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
- You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
- You have working knowledge of communication
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
